14 or 15 is best. Go with 15" at 175/65 R15, it will look good whilst maintaining all the ride comfort. I would be able to better advise you if you were to find out the ORIGINAL size wheels fitted to this car. You will probably be able to find a sticker on the inside of the driver's side door pillar when you open the door. The sticker well tell you the original factory tyre sizes and inflation ratings.
I've attached pics above to help you locate this. The sticker for my honda city (2011) shows 175/65R15 as factory tyre size which is why i recommended that you use this as well even though your's is older and could be different.
Like i said, once you let me know what this original size is i can tell you what would be the best option regarding wheel upgrades.
