My friend has a City i-VTEC model. He has changed his tires. The best option for this car would be 185/65 R15. 195/65 would be heavy and they may cost you your car's fuel economy. Even Honda Thailand goes for 185/60 R16, (185) being the maximum width the the side walls being a little bit less due to bigger rim size.
As for the brand, would recommend that you go with Yokohama DB or Yokohama Blue Earth. They both are really soft tires and thus having greater grip than the harder General tires that come stock. Also the noise is very less.
