suspension of cultus on cng

i got new cultus vxr without cng. its suspension was very goo b4 cng. but when i got it converted on cng it become down so mechanic put silver 1" packing in coil spring now it become so hard. what should i do now. should i get cng spring. what's in genuin CNG. is it with packing

I think the factory CNG version also uses spacers, the spring rate is the same.

the 1" packing is hard so that its not giving soft jump....tel him to install a good one made of good material...it should make the jump soft....
