Our company has almost all makes of cars available in Pakistan local and imported. So I have chance to experiment with all types of tyres. First of all most the tyres coming to Pakistan are mostly rejected and are not meant for bumpy and torn roads of Pakistan. They are made for developed countries where you dont even get a single puncture in your life. I recommend for all locally assembled cars general tyres. it gives your car better fuel mileage , good braking with less comfort and normal handling. I spend money on michelen, dunlop, bridgestone, yokohama, Good Year but all lasts only 40k to max 50k. they all get soggy due to rain water, more punctures after 35k of ride. but their threads will remain intact. In Europe, USA you get warranty on tyres upto 100,000 kms. but here no distributor is giving you any warranty. Whenever you go for high end series of same tyre company your handling, braking will improve but your mileage will go down. Also use only recommended tyre size by car manufacturer. using wider tyres will decrease your fuel efficiency.
