can 155 tires work on 13 inch wide rims!!!

i have 4 spare rims they are wider than normal, like if normal width is 7, its 7.5


they are 13 inch can i use them in cuore ? and will 155/65/13 tires fit properly on them


also if any one can quote me prices of tires it will be great
