The image shows a BMW Genuine Mobility System Compressor, used for inflating tires. Here's how to use it:
1. Preparation:
Remove the valve cap from the tire and connect the compressor hose to the valve.
2. Power:
Plug the compressor's 12V socket into your BMW's power outlet and turn on the vehicle.
3. Inflation:
Switch the compressor to "repair" mode and press the button to start inflating the tire. The gauge on the compressor shows the current tire pressure.
4. Pressure:
Inflate the tire to a pressure of at least 2 bar and at most 2.5 bar. The recommended pressure is 2.5 bar (36 psi).
5. Completion:
Stop the compressor and remove the hose from the tire valve. If additional pressure is needed, switch on the compressor again. If the pressure is too high, you can release air by pressing the release valve.
6. Driving:
After using the repair kit, drive below 80 km/h (50 mph) and seek service within 200 km (125 miles).
