In most of the developed countries, traffic laws violations are a serious crime and you can end up paying huge fines or even land in jail. Here are the top 11 crazy traffic laws of various cities, counties and countries.
1. Spain
If you do not have a healthy eyesight: Guess What! The state law requires you to carry one extra pair of glasses in your vehicle when driving or pay the fine.
