After Kia, Peugeot 2008 Price Also Increased
It seems today is the day of price increases, after Kia Lucky Motors, Peugeot Pakistan has also increased the prices of Peugeot 2008 variants. As per a notification, the new prices are applicable from July 3, 2023.
New Price of Peugeot 2008
Here are the new ex-factory prices of both variants.
- The new price of Peugeot 2008 Active variant is Rs. 7,050,000 compared to Rs. 6,840,000. Means, it has observed a hike of Rs. 210,000.
- Meanwhile, the Peugeot 2008 Allure variant will now cost Rs. 7,800,000 instead of Rs. 7,580,000. This variant observed an increase of Rs. 220,000.
The company has not shared any reason of this new price hike, but possible reasons could be no LCs, problems in import of raw material and the unstable dollar rate, especially in last one year or so.
Booking Status
As per the company, the booking of both variants is open with full payment. However, there is limited stock of the car.
Terms and Conditions
- All orders booked in June or previous with full payment as of July 5, 2023 will be delivered on old ex-factory price.
- All new orders booked effective July 3, 2023 will be delivered on new ex-factory price.
- Ex-factory prices are exclusive of freight and insurance chages.
- New/additional duties and taxes, if any, imposed by the government and applicable at the time of delivery will be paid by the customer.
- Price lock will be applicable on all bookings on revised prices (subject to stock availability).
- Price lock offer is for limited time and LMC reserves the right to reserve the price lock anytime it wants.
Earlier, today the prices of all Kia cars were increased up to Rs. 400,000. It seems that the companies are preparing for a fresh wave of price hikes in coming days.
