Chery has introduced new electric variants of its Little Ant EV in China for women. The two variants Charme Romance and Charme Rococo have been launched specifically for women drivers.
Exterior
The exterior of the Little Ant Charme EV variants is colorful and cute. It is available in two colors – phantom purple and charm pink. The overall exterior of both the variants is similar with a white painted roof and A-pillar with multicolored wheels. The color of the body of the car matched the interior as well.
Interior
The interior comes with pastel colors and looks attractive. The leather-wrapped D-shaped multi-function steering wheel catches your attention right as you enter the cabin. Behind the steering is an LCD instrument cluster for the driver’s ease.
A 10.4-inch touchscreen in place of an old-school manual console gives the car a modern look. The touchscreen also comes with two knobs at the bottom for users who are not comfortable with using the touchscreen. Chery has further modernized the car by adding voice control commands to the center console.
Chery Little Ant Charme EV also comes with seven different colors of mood light in the cabin so you can create a unique ambiance for your vehicle. The car also has a range of seven “romantic” fragrances to add to the comfort of the cabin.
Features
The Chery Little Ant Charme EV runs on a 30 kW single electric motor that produces a torque of 120 Nm. Another 30.6 kWh lithium-ion battery can get the car to cover a distance of 301 km (NEDC). Other modern features include ABS, airbags, blind-spot monitoring, reverse warning through a back camera and 360-degree panoramic view, etc.
Price
The price of Little Ant Charme Romance starts at 85,520 yuan (PKR 26.57 lac), while that of Little Ant Charme Rococo starts at 91,520 yuan (PKR 28.44 lac). Buyers that make a down payment of 9,999 yuan (PKR 3.12 lac) will enjoy a 3,500 yuan (PKR 1.08 lac) discount.
