Chery Won’t Increase Car Prices Till August
At a time when most car companies have hiked their car prices, Ghandhara Nissan Limited (GNL) has announced a price hold till August. The company says it won’t increase the prices of already booked Chery crossovers with the delivery time of August 2022. Here are the details.
Terms & Conditions for Price Hold
GNL has decided to give a price hold to customers with August 2022 allocations with the following terms and conditions.
- The current price hold is applicable to only those bookings that have delivery time in August 2022, not later than that.
- The price hold is only on the ex-factory price (exclusive of freight & insurance charges and Advance Income Tax).
- The price hold is for bookings whose full payments have already been made. Any balance payments need to be submitted to GNL by the 27th of June.
- Any government taxes applicable at the time of delivery will be borne by the customer.
If you have booked Chery Tiggo 8 Pro or Chery Tiggo 4 Pro and your booking meets the above conditions, you won’t be affected by any change in dollar rate, freight, or shipping cost. You will receive your car at the price you booked the car for.

Another part of the announcement is that the company has decided to open bookings for October 2022 onwards. GNL says it will communicate the terms and conditions, tentative price, and allocations early next week.
