The Joint Venture between the two companies is a massive breakthrough in the auto sector of Pakistan. According to Shaukat Qureshi, CEO of Rahmat Group, the company has also shared the benefits of EVs with the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan through a letter.

The details of the letter shared include the huge amount of money people can save through EVs. All the motorbike owners of the country can save up to Rs.4000 every month. It is worthy to mention here that EVs also save the environment from pollution and global warming, as a result of no fuel emissions which is the basic need of the hour in Pakistan.

CEO Rahmat Group further added that BYD has a huge network across the globe. The company is currently operating in more than 200 cities of over 50 countries in 6 continents of the world. However, the Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer has the largest market share in the US with Europe in the second place.
