Launched by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the CM Punjab E-Taxi Scheme is part of a green transport initiative to reduce emissions and modernize urban mobility. Backed by Rs. 3.5 billion in government subsidies, the program will roll out 1,100 electric taxis in the first phase.

The goal is to:

Who Can Apply?

• To qualify for the scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Be a resident of Punjab with a valid CNIC
• Hold a valid driving license (LTV or HTV preferred)
• Be aged between 21 and 45 years
• Maintain a clean criminal record
• Preference for graduates, diploma holders, or experienced drivers

Eligible applicants will be shortlisted for verification before final selection.
