Comparison: 2014 Euro-Spec Corolla vs US spec Corolla

A couple of days ago, the new Toyota Corolla was first revealed to the world in the U.S. with local specs. The entire world is separated into regions by Toyota and each region gets its own personalized car. We usually get to share the car with Thailand, however, Euro Spec Corolla was first to be revealed after the U.S. spec Corolla.

It is built in Turkey and was revealed in Istanbul, but has modified looks when compared to the U.S. version.

Interior wise, it has the same spacious cabin as the U.S. version except for the instrument panel and the air conditioning. However, it has the Lexus-ish touch we can see in the images so we hope we don’t get the lesser US Corolla.

Moreover, the engine information has yet to be released, the 2014 Corolla should become available with the same engines fitted in the Toyota Auris hatchback, including the 1.3-liter unit. Pricing is also a mystery for the time being, but we’ll be right back as soon as Toyota announces it.
