Lahore: Capital Smart Motors (CSM) is holding the “EVOLVE” launch event today at Lahore Expo Hall 2, introducing what it calls Pakistan’s first multi-brand electric vehicle (EV) store. The event is scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM and will officially roll out six electric cars, including:
- Forthing Friday
- Riddara RD6
- JMEV Elight
- Zeekr 009
- Zeekr 7X
- Zeekr X
A Multi-Brand EV Store
Unlike conventional single-brand showrooms, EVOLVE will host multiple manufacturers (brought by CSM) under one roof, offering vehicles that range from affordable city models to premium electric cars.
Key Reveals
Among the models expected to be displayed is the Forthing Friday, which is Pakistan’s first-ever Range-Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV), designed to recharge its battery through an onboard generator to reduce range anxiety.
The event will also mark the debut of the Geely Riddara Econ, described as Pakistan’s first electric pickup truck, targeting commercial and utility buyers.
Other models include the JMEV Elight, billed as an affordable urban EV sedan, while the Zeekr 7X is set to be the ultimate showstopper.
