Donkeys Pull A PKR 60 Lac Car To Dealership

A car owner in Udaipur, India, recently made headlines for his unique and dramatic protest against poor customer service from his local car showroom. Frustrated with frequent technical glitches and poor response from the dealership, the car owner decided to transport his vehicle to the showroom using two donkeys, accompanied by the sounds of drums/dhol.

According to a Times of India article, the car cost roughly INR 17.50 lacs and had been plagued with technical problems since the customers bought it. Despite many attempts to get help from the service center and the dealership, the car’s troubles continued. Even after bringing the car to the service center, no solutions to the specified technical issues were found.

The owner, Raj Kumar, reported that the automobile had to be pushed several times to start during a family function. When they contacted the dealership, they were advised to charge the battery by driving the car. Kumar had no other choice but to return the automobile back to the dealership in a spectacular fashion, and the footage of the car being drawn by donkeys quickly went viral on social media.

In the video, the car can be seen being pulled by donkeys while dhol plays dramatically in the commotion.

In reaction to the problem, a dealership representative said that the automobile owner had made after-market changes to the vehicle, which resulted in electrical failures. The owner, on the other hand, is demanding a replacement vehicle, and the problem is still unresolved.

The automobile owner’s protest was unique, but it sends a strong message to businesses about the necessity of providing excellent customer service. The car remains in the showroom, and it is yet to be seen whether the situation will be handled to everyone’s satisfaction.
