EV Pickup Truck Riddara RD6 Is Coming to Pakistan – Global Specs

About a week ago, we made a statement that after the SUV culture, pickup trucks have started emerging, and we supported this claim by highlighting the recent JAC T9 and the new-generation Isuzu D-Max introduced by Gandhara Industries. Now, we’re seeing an exciting shift in the market with the Riddara RD6 electric pickup truck making its way to Pakistan. This addition extends the pickup truck lineup beyond just petrol and hybrid options, offering great news for those eager to experience off-roading electrically.

In a recent event, Capital Smart Motors (CSM) revealed that it is set to launch the Riddara RD6 in Pakistan this August. This marks the arrival of a new product from Radar Auto, a subsidiary of the Geely Auto Group.

CSM shared the news through a social media post, highlighting its goal to set a new standard in electric mobility. The post boldly stated that the vehicle is “built to lead” and “coming to take over,” reflecting the company’s high expectations for the Riddara RD6’s success in the local market. This follows the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) last week between CSM and Geely, which signifies a strategic collaboration to promote electric mobility in Pakistan.

Below are the international features and specifications of upcoming vehicle, as the company has not yet launched the vehicle locally or disclosed the exact specifications for the Pakistani market. Once the vehicle is launched, its features and specifications may differ from the international version.
