Govt Forms Complaint Center Against Car Companies

In a bid to facilitate the consumers, the incumbent government has come up with the perfect thing – formed a complaint center against auto manufacturers. Ministry of Industries and Production has established a complaint management system with the intent to manage consumer complaints related to any aspect of consumer interaction with local automakers/assemblers.

In the past few years, we found a number of customers complaining about late car deliveries and build quality (misaligned and Off-balance fitting) of their newly purchased cars. Earlier, we wrote about such issues as painted door of Alto and a new swift with a faulty transmission. And from now, the newly-established complaint center will be the voice of the consumers.
