Another year, another model of Honda CD70. The 2025 model of the brand new 70 is out now with major upgrades in the design and cosmetics. Here’s the explanation of the new 2025 Honda CD70 design language for you.

“Oscar-Winning” Shape and Technology

Kawasaki H2R and Yamaha R1, who? The current shape and tech of the CD70 are so iconic that it should be nominated for an Oscar in the Best Motorcycle Design category. In fact, international motorcycle brands could take a lesson or two from Atlas Honda on how to design the perfect bike like CD70 that doesn’t’ require any upgradtions for at least 40 years.

Color Options 

You get three options:

• Red
• Blue that looks like you’ve changed the hue of the red color variant in Photoshop

• Black that is inverted from Red.

New Stickers Breakdown

After a year of hard-core research and billions of rupees in R&D, Atlas has delivered a ground-shaking innovation: brand-new stickers with psychological meaning.

Notice that the primary color of these stickers is orange. This isn’t just a random choice; it’s loaded with meaning. Orange symbolizes optimism, happiness, enthusiasm, and youthfulness. Clearly, Atlas wants to convey that riding a CD70 is a vibrant and youthful experience, full of enthusiasm.

“Major Upgrade” in 2025 Model CD70

After 40 years of R&D, Atlas finally changed the rear brake hub from chrome to silver paint in the all-new 2025 CD70. Yes, that’s a revolutionary change in our perspective. Beyond a cosmetic change, it’s a giant leap forward in riders’ safety. 

Prior, the chrome hub used to pick rust over the time. You don’t know when this rust can break the rear hub into pieces during the ride. Now, with silver paint, it’s less likely to pick rust, which is a major safety upgrade. 

The brakes are not changed, and they are the same drum brakes that don’t work in emergency braking situations. This is clearly a well-thought-out design feature so that when your head blows against the road, you’ll get a very easy, painless death straight to heaven.

Pricing and Booking

Atlas has done a huge favor to the public by not increasing the price of their 40-year-old CD70. Although 99% of the raw parts are sourced locally, Atlas somehow finds a reason to hike prices under the guise of a dollar increase—what an irony! We’re pretty sure that all the technology and machines used to produce the CD70 were probably dumped by other imported manufacturers ages ago. Yet, no one can predict when Atlas will hit us with the next price hike, once again blaming it on the dollar’s fluctuations.
