Hyundai Pakistan today launched Hyundai Tucson base variant today with a price tag of Rs. 7,365,000. The launch was expected from last couple of months when our very reliable sources told us that the company has assembled the car and would reveal it in June 2023. However, the launch is delayed by one month due to unknown reasons.

We also told you that the car would have way less specs and features than it GLS Sport (FWD) and Ultimate (AWD). So, here are the options which are not offered in the new base variant, called GLS.

These features are not offered in the new Hyundai Tucson base variant.

Exterior

In the exterior the front headlights are halogen instead of LED, while door handles are body-colored in place of chrome ones and Front Radiator Grille is black with silver paint compared to chrome-lining in top two variants of the car.

All in all, it is literally a base variant and have quite similar specs and features to Sportage Alpha. Now, it is up to consumers whether they think this variant is worth Rs. 7,365,000 or not. If we look at the Kia Sportage Alpha, it hasn’t gather much traction among the consumers although Sportage is most successful car for Kia Pakistan. So, it would be a tough task for the Hyundai Tucson base variant win the attention of car lovers.
