Omoda & Jaecoo teased an upcoming vehicle for Pakistan last night with the caption “Coming soon!”, hinting that the company might be preparing for a new car launch.
Which Vehicle Is Being Teased?
At first look, the vehicle shown in the teaser appears to be the Jaecoo J6.
However, the J6 is already available in Pakistan in EV trim, so what exactly is the company teasing?

They also shared another post with the word “REEVolution.”
Both clues suggest that the company is preparing to introduce the Jaecoo J6 REEV, the range-extended version of the J6, in Pakistan.
Confirmation and Launch Details
PakWheels contacted Omoda & Jaecoo for confirmation.
The company confirmed that the teased vehicle is the Jaecoo J6 REEV variant and that it will launch in rear-wheel-drive spec.
The launch date has not yet been confirmed.
What Is the Jaecoo J6 REEV?
The Jaecoo J6 REEV is essentially the same vehicle as the EV trim already sold in Pakistan, but with a REEV powertrain instead of a pure-electric one.
Outside Pakistan, the REEV trim is already on sale. Thailand sells it as the Jaecoo 6T REEV, while China sells the same powertrain under the iCAR 03T REEV name. Malaysia is next in line, with the J6 REEV set to launch there soon as well.

Pricing and Launch Details
PakWheels asked Omoda & Jaecoo Pakistan about pricing for the J6 REEV. The company confirmed the model but said pricing is not finalized yet.
We also asked whether it would be priced similarly to the Forthing Friday or the Deepal S05. The company again said pricing is not confirmed at this stage.
What is confirmed is the timeline. Omoda & Jaecoo told PakWheels the Jaecoo J6 REEV will launch this month, in July.
