PakWheels is bringing another exciting event for car enthusiasts in the city of lights, i.e, Karachi, this weekend. It will be a day full of fun and excitement. Whether you are a passionate car lover, a buyer, a seller, or want to experience the thrill of the auto world, this Karachi car mela is the perfect destination for you.

• You will receive a call from our representative. In case you have missed the call, you can also get in touch with us on  042-111-943-357.
• The registration amount will be made in a PW bank account. 
• Alfalah IBAN: PK83ALFH0028001004507309.
• Afterward, you need to verify whether the payment has been made. For this, contact our representative for verification. They will send you the confirmation code as well.
• The code will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS from PakWheels.

 Discounted Pre-Booking Price

• We will charge PKR 2,500 for cars with an engine capacity up to 1000cc (excluding the body types/makes listed below).

• We will charge PKR 3,000 for cars with an engine capacity between 1001cc and 2000cc (excluding the body types/makes listed below).

• We will charge PKR 3,500 for cars with an engine capacity above 2000cc, including SUVs, Crossovers, 4x4s, Jeeps, Electric, German, and Luxury Cars.

Pre-booking will stop on Friday, October 17th, 2025, at 6:00 pm. Furthermore, we will treat all bookings made after this deadline as Car Mela day bookings. If slots are available, we will charge a flat rate of PKR 5,000, regardless of vehicle category.

• Date: Sunday, October 19th, 2025. 
• Venue: Karachi, Expo Center Hall no 6 and outer area.
• Time: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

Terms and Conditions 

Please follow the guidelines below and cooperate with PakWheels.com staff at the venue for a seamless event experience.

1. Registration fees for Car Mela are non-refundable and non-transferable. The provided code is exclusively valid for Private Sellers and is intended for a single vehicle.
2. Customers are kindly requested to update or modify their Ad details by October 17th, 2025, Friday, 06:00 pm.
3. After this time, flyers will be printed, and no further modifications will be possible.
4. Vehicles cannot enter the venue before 10:00 am on Sunday, October 19th, 2025.
5. Arrive with your car before 12:00 pm on the event day; otherwise, entry will depend on available space, and PakWheels.com will not offer refunds or adjustments in such cases. 
6. Cars can only exit the venue during event hours if conditions allow. 
7. Once a car exits, re-entry is not allowed. 
8. We recommend leaving the venue by 06:00 pm, which is one hour after the event’s closing time.
9. Venue management will not allow late parking, and PakWheels.com will not be responsible if they remove your car. PakWheels.com staff will assign parking spots, so please follow their instructions.  Please cooperate with them for a smooth event experience.
10. For security reasons, please avoid leaving valuable items in your vehicle to prevent potential losses. PakWheels.com does not take responsibility for any losses incurred. 
11. PakWheels.com reserves the right to disqualify any entry in the event of misconduct.
12. PakWheels.com will decide who may enter the Car Mela and takes no responsibility for any disputes that result from its decision.
