Work has started on Pehalwan Goth Road in Karachi’s District East under a Rs1.5 billion infrastructure project aimed at improving road connectivity and drainage in the area.

Utility Work Comes First

Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab announced the development on X, saying authorities will first lay new utility lines before starting construction of the dualised road. The initial phase is meant to improve the disposal of sewerage and rainwater.
