Limited Time Offer Ends – Kia Sportage Price Increased
Back in March 2024, Lucky Motor Corporation announced a reduction in the price of its crossover SUV, the Kia Sportage. The prices of all Sportage variants were reduced by up to Rs. 300,000. However, as per the company, that was a limited-time offer, which has ended now.
In the latest notification, the car assembler stated, “We sincerely thank you for the overwhelming response to the Sportage Equal Monthly Installment (EMI) offer, introduced in July 2024.” The notification further read that the Kia Sportage will now be available for cash customers only.
The revised prices will be effected from January 1, 2025.
Revised Prices of Kia Sportage
The prices of all the variants have been increased by Rs. 250,000 each, and here are the revised rates:
- The first base variant, Sportage Alpha, will now cost Rs. 7,550,000 against the previous Rs. 7,300,000.
- The second variant, Sportage FWD, will now cost Rs. 7,990,000 compared to the old price of Rs. 7,740,000.
- The Sportage AWD‘s new price is now Rs. 8,720,000 instead of Rs. 8,470,000.
- The final Sportage Black Edition will now cost Rs. 9,250,000 instead of Rs. 9,000,000.
Terms and Conditions
According to the company:
- All orders booked till December 31, 2024, with full payment, will be delivered at previous ex-factory prices.
- All new orders booked in the company’s system, effective January 1, 2025, will be delivered at the revised rates.
- Ex-factory prices are exclusive of freight and insurance charges.
- New/additional duties and taxes, if any, by the government and applicable at the time of delivery will be received from the customers.
Kia Sportage has been the top-selling car for the LMC since its launch in Pakistan when it started the crossover SUV segment in the local market. This vehicle has been the trendsetter for this category. It was expected that the company will introduce the new generation of Kia Sportage at PAPS 2024, however, new reports are suggesting that the launch is pushed to 2025.
