Metro E-Vehicles has launched its new Step-Thru Electric Bike in Pakistan, expanding its electric two-wheeler lineup with a pedal-assisted bicycle designed for short urban commutes.
The new electric bicycle has been introduced at an introductory price of Rs. 169,000.
Powertrain and Battery
According to a post shared on their social media, the Metro Step-Thru Electric Bike is powered by a 350-watt hub motor paired with a 36V 10.4Ah detachable lithium-ion battery.
The removable battery can be charged separately from the bicycle, while the multi-gear transmission allows riders to adjust gearing according to road and riding conditions.
