Overall Summary and Initial Impressions

The Sothassi Classic 400 is a retro-styled roadster inspired by classic Triumph and Royal Enfield motorcycles

However, its mechanical setup feels dated for a motorcycle priced at Rs 8.45 lacs.

The Classic 400 comes without EFI or liquid cooling, features commonly found on most Chinese motorcycles in this price range.

Its 397 cc single-cylinder engine relies entirely on air cooling, which may not be sufficient during Pakistan’s hottest months, particularly May, June, and July. Heat management could become a concern in heavy traffic and prolonged city riding.

We will publish a detailed analysis and editorial opinion on the Sothassi Classic 400 soon.
