Police Revealed Multan Traffic Plan for PSL 8
Traffic Police have revealed a traffic and parking plan for PSL 8 opening matches being scheduled at Multan Cricket Stadium since they are anticipating a large number of spectators, which may cause obstruction near the stadium.

These routes will not be available for traffic during PSL 8 matches.
- Roads connecting SP Chowk to Kayanpur Chowk, Kayanpur Chowk to Bahawalpur Bypass, and Bahawalpur Bypass to Stadium Chowk will be temporarily closed.
- Roads from SP Chowk and Kayanpur Chowk to Sher Shah Interchange, as well as from Shah Rukn-e-Alam Interchange to Wehari Road, Babar Chowk to Stadium Chowk, will be closed.
- The route from Stadium Morr on Wehari Road to Stadium Morr on Badhla Road will be barricaded for security.
- Nawan Shehr Chowk has been closed to traffic from all 4 sides since 9 February.
It is pertinent to mention that CTP Multan has not shared a road closure plan. Therefore, it is expected that these routes will no longer be available before the matches start.
Meanwhile, the routes between Tariq Morr to SP Chowk and Abdali Masjid Road to Dera Ada Chowk will be open for traffic. Moreover, the route between Kalma Chowk and Tariq Morr and the road from Ghanta Ghar to Kachehri will be available for commuters. Chingchi, Auto Rickshaws, and unregistered will not be allowed to enter the parking area.
People driving near the stadium must carry their CNIC and tickets. Mind you, the first PSL 8 match between Multan Sultan and Lahore Qalanders will start at 7:30 pm.
