Punjab EPA Notifies Emission Testing Fees for Vehicles

LAHORE: The Government of Punjab’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has officially notified a new schedule of fees for vehicular emission testing under Notification No. 353/PA/DG/EPA/2025.

The notification, issued on September 30, will take effect on October 1, 2025.

Fee Schedule for Vehicular Emission Testing

A. Two/Three Wheelers

• Motorcycle: PKR 100

• Rickshaw: PKR 300

B. Cars / Light Transport Vehicles (LTVs)

• 1000 CC and below: PKR 500

• 1000 CC to 1500 CC: PKR 800

• 1500 CC to 2500 CC: PKR 1,000

• 2500 CC to 4500 CC: PKR 1,500

• 4500 CC or above: PKR 2,000

Implementation Details

The Punjab Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will charge the prescribed fee at the time of vehicular emission testing. Vehicle owners must deposit the payment into the officially designated account of the Provincial EPA (Account No. C-03855).
