Sarfaranga Rally was concluded successfully yesterday as Pakistan’s top rally drivers, including women, took part in the event. The race was held from October 14 to October 15, and here is the list of the winners in all prepared and stock categories.
Category A-Prepared
This is the race’s top category, and the country’s best drivers took part in it. The category winner was Shoaib Malik, who completed the track in 48 minutes and 27 seconds. The runner-up was Sahibzada Sultan after reaching the finishing point in 49 minutes and 15 seconds. And at the third position, Raza Saeed crossed the line at 50 minutes and 43 seconds.
Category B-Prepared
The winner of this category was Rab Nawaz Joiya, who finished the race in 56 minutes and 48 seconds, while Sahibzada Muneeb Sultan took second place with a final time of 58 minutes and 53 seconds. At third, it was Khawaja M. Akram who reached the finishing line in 1 hour, 31 minutes, and 1 second.
Category C-Prepared
Zohair Ali Farooq won this category by finishing the track in 1 hour, 1 minute, and 10 seconds. The second position was grabbed by Dr. Hassan Rana, who crossed the finishing line after 1 hour, 6 minutes, and 46 seconds. In the third position, Ameer Ali completed the race in 1 hour, 8 minutes, and 23 seconds
Category D-Prepared
The winner of this category was Taj Khan Mahar, who crossed the finishing line in 57 minutes and 24 seconds. The runner-up was Zafar Balouch, who completed it in 57 minutes and 44 seconds. Last but not least, Ali Waqar Warraich finished the track in 1 hour, 2 minutes, and 20 seconds.
Category A-Stock
Adeel Ahmed clinched the top spot in this category after he completed the race in 51 minutes and 42 seconds. The second podium position was grabbed by Syed Asif Imam, who crossed the finished line after 54 minutes and 9 seconds. Amjad Wazeer stood at third after finishing the track in 59 minutes and 38 seconds.
Category B-Stock
Sultan Bahadur Aziz was declared the winner after he completed the race in 57 minutes and 39 seconds. The second position got by Major M Yasir Nisar after he reached the finishing line in 1 hour, 4 minutes, and 50 seconds. At third, Sohaib Sattar finished the track in 1 hour, 23 minutes, and 48 seconds.
Category C-Stock
The top position at the podium was grabbed by Shahzad Satti, who finished the race in 1 hour, 2 minutes, and 34 seconds. Mahar Bashir won the second position after completing the track in 1 hour, 7 minutes, and 43 seconds. The last driver on the podium was Ghazanfar Agha, who crossed the finishing line in 1 hour, 9 minutes, and 3 seconds.
Category D-Stock
Falak Sher Balouch was declared the winner of this category as he finished the race in 58 minutes and 55 seconds. At second, Mahar Mehrab crossed the finishing line in 1 hour and 15 seconds. Jameel Hamdani was in the third position and completed the race in 1 hour and 27 seconds.
Category Women-Stock
Sajida Hassan won this category after completing the race in 1 hour, 12 minutes, and 35 seconds. The second driver on the podium was Mrs. Aqeel, who crossed the finishing line after 1 hour, 18 minutes, and 16 seconds. And at third, it was Zoha Khan, who finished the race in 1 hour, 21 minutes, and 56 seconds.
