Sindh Pink Scooty Scheme Background
The Pink Scooty Scheme is a Sindh government initiative to provide electric scooters to women, aiming to improve safe and affordable mobility for students and working women across the province.
Launched in April 2025 by the Sindh Mass Transit Authority, the scheme distributes scooters through an online application and a ballot system.
Recipients must be permanent residents of Sindh, and priority goes to enrolled students and employed women. The recipient must hold a motorcycle driving license and agree not to sell the scooter for a period of 7 years.
