Video – New Black Kia Sportage Spotted in Pakistan

This weekend we told you that Kia is planning to launch an all-black Kia Sportage in Pakistan. According to the sources, KIA Pakistan will launch a limited edition model / trim level to the existing AWD, FWD, and Alpha lineup. Basically, this will be 4th variant, a top-of-the-line version, and possibly offered with AWD. The Black Edition was also offered in Europe for the 4th generation during the end of its lifecycle, but it was called JBL Black Edition.

And now, the black Kia Sportage has been spotted somewhere in the country. The video shows the units of the new Sportage on a trailer, being carried to a dealership, most probably. Although the spotting location is unknown, it looks like a highway. Here is the video of the car:

The video is evidence that the launch of this new variant is quite near in Pakistan. And we can see the new car at Kia dealerships very soon. 

Expected Specs and Features 

These are the expected specs and features in the new all-black Kia Sportage: 

Exterior

• Black front grille.
• Dark accents for headlights. 
• Black side view mirrors.
• Black 18-inch alloy wheels.
• Black front and rear bumpers, skid plates, valance, and Kia logo.
• Black-colored Sportage emblem. 

Interior 

• Black headliner.
• Black door panels.
• Black seats.

Safety 

Black Kia Sportage can have ADAS safety equipment which includes: 

• Front Collision Warning System. 
• Auto Braking.
• Pedestrian Detection.
• Lane Keep Assist.
• Blind-Spot Monitoring.
• Adaptive Cruise Control.

Expected Price 

As per the sources, the black Kia Sportage will cost around Rs. 9 million, around Rs. 5 lacs more than the current price of the Kia Sportage AWD, currently costing Rs. 8,570,000.
