Zeekr 009 Super-Luxury MPV in Pakistan: Breakdown of How Much It Will Cost

If you’ve been tracking the steady trickle of EV news, you already knew Capital Smart Motors has been working to bring the Zeekr 009, China’s headline-grabbing luxury MPV, to Pakistan. 

However, the main question is, how much will this super-luxury MPV cost in Pakistan?

The luxury E-MPV has cleared customs, and our calculations indicate a realistic on-road price of approximately Rs 3.7 crore for early buyers.

Here’s the Breakdown of the Cost

The Zeekr 009’s declared customs value is USD 64,766, or approximately Rs. 1.82 crore (as declared by the manufacturer in customs).

The EV duty alone almost doubles the cost, adding another USD 66,708, approximately Rs. 1.89 crore, which is 103% of the car’s value.

Combine the two, and the ex-factory cost of Zeekr 009 in Pakistan rises to approximately USD 131,474  or Rs. 3.73 crore.

Note that this price doesn’t include freight/PDI, any applicable taxes/withholding, registration/plates, dealer margin, and insurance charges. 

5-star Hotel on Wheels

In short, Zeekr 009 is a five-star hotel on wheels. It’s a showcase of how far Chinese automotive design and technology have evolved. Here are the quick highlights of this MPV:

1. Rear Row

In the rear, passengers enjoy a giant glass roof, soft ambient lighting, and climate controls hidden in a touchscreen. Yamaha speakers in the roof and an overhead screen complete the theater-like vibe.

2. Second Row

The second row is the star of the show. Nappa leather seats come with headrest speakers, heating, ventilation, massage, and a one-touch zero-gravity recline. A cup holder and solid metal fold-out table in the armrest add practicality.

3. Third Row

Unlike most MPVs, the third row isn’t an afterthought. Passengers here get proper recline, a leather armrest, a cup holder, ambient lighting, a USB cubby, and oscillating vents for comfort.

4. Driver and Passenger Seats

Up front, the driver is treated to premium touches: a moonroof, Alcantara headliner, headrest speakers, massaging seats, ambient dash lighting, wireless charging, layered storage, a digital cluster, and a heated wheel. Double-pane glass keeps the cabin hushed, and even the unlock sequence feels special.

5. Practicality and Range

Practicality is strong, with huge rear cargo and an added front trunk. Performance backs it up: fast charging from 10–80% in about 12* minutes, up to 580* Km of range, and 536* horsepower.

Altogether, the Zeekr 009 truly earns its title as a five-star hotel on wheels.

Why It Matters for Pakistan

At Rs. 3.7 crore, the Zeekr 009 isn’t aimed at the average buyer. However, it highlights how aggressively Chinese automakers are entering the luxury MPV market, a space once dominated by Lexus and Mercedes.

Its arrival also raises a bigger question: are Pakistan’s roads, charging stations, and buyers ready for ultra-luxury E-MPVs?
