I have upgrade from 1999 Honda Accord, to 2004 Honda Accord, both Auto Transmission and 4 cyl. The transmission jerks like crazy, and shakes the whole car violently, when speed reaches 35mph and then again when speed reaches 45 Mph. The jerking goes away when I press the accelerator. I don't know what is wrong with the car, although it has 100K plus mileage, and it works just fine at all other speeds. The engine is smooth, and there is nothing wrong with the car otherwise.
I have researched the issue on google, some people suggest Transmission Torque Converter might be bad and whole transmission needs to be changed. Some suggest EGR issue (Exhaust Gas Recycle), where EGR valve gets stuck by carbon deposits and needs to be cleaned, I don't think that is the case but in that case the Engine would also idle rough, which is not the case.
Any suggestions, Xulfiqar Bhai, or anyone who has this model year Accord. I am seriously thinking about selling it, AS IS, and I only owned it for 1 month and am already tired of it. Thanks in advance for all your help.
