if you get a straight car you wont need to worry about maintaining it
from our experience of buying a used car you should keep some spare money for some work like suspension, fluid change and some preventative maintenance
parts are available but you should know where to get them

So you are openly denying the rules of this forum and Pakistan as a whole. Sorry kid driving is for 18+ only. You are still immature to drive even a quad bike.

let him drive it, it'll probably be a scrap car anyway at this price, further reduced to scrap metal once its done over.

    That's sensible of your parents.....

You won't get cl 9 in 13lakhs bracket. If you get it remember to check everything before buying.

yes you can find a cl9 in 1.3 million but for that you will have to buy a karachi registered one in lahore as they have low resale here
and it will be definitely having some or half of the body repainted and poorly maintained with the history of atleast 5-6 previous owners

but if you have to buy it, get it checked completely at a honda dealership, i think they charge only 1500 rs for a complete checkup and don't forget to get an obd 2 scanner attached with it to check if everything is in proper condition, messed up abs units are a common problem i came across in used honda's
    best of luck

ahmedraza why do u need a licence? kal ko if u hit a person or a motorcycle wala and he dies ur going to jail with a FIR on ur head! thats y u need a licence! and o yeh if u think ur going to get away with keh u come under being "a minor" well that only applies to ppl who are very well and deeply connected with ministers, mna's,mpa's,secretaries etc etc..
and kal ko if u hit someone's car the first thing they are going to ask for is ur licence and if u dont have it they are going to drag you to a police station! ur dad saving u will be baad ki baat! by then tum ne khoob maar bhi khaai hogi from jis bande ki gadi tum ne mari hogi! dont think that ul hit the car and maar tumara driver khaiga! :p
