Accord is an F-16? Lol. Its a 4 cylinder front wheel drive 4-door econobox.

There is nothing wrong with wanting more fuel efficiency from your ride, be it a Fiat 500 or a DBS V12.
_ 22 km/l from '03 VTi automatic, with plenty of room for improvement

Your signature makes me go mad because my ES never gave more then 11km/l in local and being manual driven on synthetic oil with genuine filters routine maintenance. Lol petrol is dirt cheap these days so don't worry about KM/L figures just ram it.

older accords use to have such taller gear ratio that it was hard to drive in 5gear on karachi busy road you have to down shift again and again and again i use to drive in fourth car newer car have pretty short gear ratio so they are gas guzller you can't do anything about it

You are lucky to be getting 11. I cant get passed 8.8 KMPL (to be exact) with or without AC....If i ram it or drive carefully.. thats all i can get....

Mine is also a very nicely maintained, on fully synthetic oil and original goodies. Its a prosmatec though...

By the way, whats the worse mileage i can expect from a CL7 and CL9? like the worst on ES Civic is around 7 kmpl.

If the car doesnt have any mechanical / Electrical issues.

I have CL7 which is 2.0 ltr and it gives 6-8Kml in city and 11-12 to be precise on long route. Those who say it gives 9-11 in city drive, I`m highly keen to meet them and see whether is it really accord or something else ;p

Practically expecting the milage of honda city from a honda accord would absolutly be insane and its like expecting a heavy weight man to have cerilac 3+ ;p
It's a never ending battle of making your cars better and also trying to be better yourself.
