Default Oil for 04 Accord CL7

What oil is better to use in CL7 having K20A engine. I suppose they say it should be 5W30. Anyone with good experience here? synthetic ?

How many liters does it takes?
Some good reviewed oils over net are

    Mobil 1 5W30
    Castrol 5W30

it takes 4.0 litres without oil filter and 4.1-4.2 with filter, oil viscosity is mentioned on the oil cap i think, its 5W-30. 5W-20 can also be used but dont use that in pakistan. 5W-30 is best. mobil 1 5W-30 i haven't seen available here, and shell no longer has 5W-30 also as far as i know. so liqui moly 5W-30 would be best i think.

why dont you go for orignal honda oil 5W-30 API SM is 2400 Rs/3.7 Litre pack.

And they told me that there is a new version 5W-30 API SN for 3000/3.7 Litre pack.

Salaam. I am currently using Mobil 1 Semi-Synthetic 10w-40 in my Accord CL9. Can someone advise if this is the incorrect oil to be using?

Thanks for your help in advance
