Resale is a very big prob and the price is high according to me.
About resale, well here's an example this car was introduced in Pakistan in 2005 for i think something around 30lakhs and now it's for 19 and after an year it would be for something around 12-15lakhs so consider the amount of money that you will be depreciating.

Yes boss aapko pata hai naa itne masle bhi hain mulk mein. Better just buy it and keep it for 2-3 years so that the depreciation doesnt pierce your heart or if you're buying it with the mind of selling it within a year better go for a Civic 1.8 cz it's paki assembled still has a better re-sale than Japenese Saloons.

Accord rocks yaar.. but the Civic has a lil better resale
as far as buying a car for resale is concerned "Never buy a honda"
and accord is a big no no! coz a luxury/sports car when old is low in demand... the status symbol etc...
Pakistan Rocks..... I am afraid... of rocking
