Bad/Ugly Governance
Over Staffing
Hiring of Aged Staff for the sake of favouritism/profit
Hiring retired/fired pilots of other airlines [Airblue crash an example]
Launching flights without proper maintaines checks.
Overloading of the flights with cargo [e.g. Fokker crash in Multan]
Excessive use of old age fleet [e.g As the case of Fokker F-27)
Keeping arrogant aircrew
Spending money on secondary priorities on the cost of passenger convinence
Providing substandard products to the passengers on board
Good Governance
Providing exceptional service to the passengers
Making passengers to go through less trouble while boarding and leaving the flight
Renewing the fleet after every 10 years is a good practise
Refurbishing of the fleet [interior especially] after every 3-5 years is a good practise.
Keeping reasonable "FARES"
Hope it helps.
