    Default Alto Brakes Problem

    Salamz,pak wheelers i owe an alto 2000,havng braking issue by long time thats why called by my friends danger zone
    i cant rely on its brakes as it slips badly on roads to left side,proper alignment is done suspension is ok brakes serviced properly,after servicing 2 days brakes function properly after that same problem occursso plz guide me what shall i do what should be my next step,my brakes are worst then new mehran!!
    i use dunlop sp sport490 on stock rims.30,000km driven is this because of tyres??

    @kamilali
    i got my dsic tooled,replaced pads,i had an accident but it didnt effectd my frame,it was head on collision with a land cruiser,but my chasis was a little damaged from right side,i got it repaired hope its not that big issue

    it should be checked by an expert, only then anyone can diagnose its real problem,

    but you may also check your front shocks, scissors(known as Qainchian in local language), axles or any mechanical work done before, but as you said its been accidented by a land cruiser, i guess this problem arised after that accident? if yes, you must inspect your car mechanically & technically by an expert, rather experimenting on the basis of our advices

    @all pakwheelers
    thanx for ur time i got my problem solved,by changing front shocks,i got pair of new shocks and had an aala smoothness and braking in my car,m enjoyng my ride,its really grippy now

    sometimes people buy expired/outdated tyres,which results in hardness which leads to decreased traction/braking.

    the same case was seen by me on my dads corolla,the tyres were general and in just 2 years they had gone hard,braking went pathetic,bought new bridgestone potenza's and damn the braking became perfect.

    i would suggest you go for a softer tyre which has a production date less then a year,and get your braking system checked and leaked for air.it would hopefully solve your problem.

    well tyres should not be more than 6 months old.
