Default Suzuki Alto Dashboard Wiring Problem

I have some problems in my Suzuki Alto Dashboard wiring none of the nobe of the dashboard is working except the blower nobe.
blower is only throwing air at the forward direction.
Actually i got my heater repaired its pipe was not connected..after installing the pipe the mechanic checked some wire under the dashboard and said something about wires..
But after coming home heater went wrong again...
I tried to saw under dashboard and found a 8 pin connector i dont know where to fix it..

if this connector is on the left hand side of the driving seat, thn it must be the main connector for the dash!!take out the dashboard compartment box and you will find the place to connect it..!
Fly like a butterfly, sting like a bee,. Keys to the ignition are like gloves to Ali....!!!
