    Default Rattling of Alto

    since i have bought my alto 0 meter i am facing a problem in winters. Its that the car rattles a lot in CNG when its engine is cold and it gets off. Then it don't get on unless you don't switch it to petrol,which require a lot of self too.
    Can any one solve the prob? I have showed it to all tuners of city. Noone could sole the problem.

    My quick opinion would be a questionable installation (connections/settings) made by the Kit Installers. Have your fuel combustion percent examined on cng to find out the extra load being faced by your car's engine. The same incorrect settings are even messing with your pet supply settings causing the engine to behave differently.

    My suggestion, don't let it hang loose and have something done about it.

    PS: are u sure its only been like that in these winters...

    basically the iddling drops to low when the engine is cold

    try to adjust it with the mixture knob on the kit when car is cold!

    else try to tell cng mechanic CNG choke not working

    Else pull the choke out a few cm's if ur to lazy to do anything else
    Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

    get the tappets checked ... alto when running on CNG needs them to be adjusted every once in a while

    @adam
    go to the mechanic and ask him to increase the idle speed on petrol slightly.
    (this will automatically increase the idle on CNG)
    carby cars have screw adjustments located behind the carby

    Did that too, of no use cuz if engine gets little warm then it creates problem in braking sine its rev up.
    I disconnected ADVANCER too , but still the problem persists. Thinking to sale out the car..
