how is that back to original power.
The biggest issue with the silly F10 is breathing. the ports are very badly shaped and the combustion chamber is not helping either.
Ive had my fair share of Altos under my tools - and the biggest problems with them were
badly adjusted valve clearances
bad or dead PCV - causing sludge and vacuum leaks too
sticky centrifugal advance
the inlet manifold getting half blocked by sludge (its a real bad design)
the transmission stiffing up - (bad lube and bad gear selector fork detents)
bad stupid choked design air filter elements - you should use a paper type element.
And before condemning plug wires I check the entire resistance starting from inside the distributor cap to the tip of the plug connector, if its within 20Kohms its good - if not toss and replace.
Before adding on stuff its better to isolate whats bad (by wear/tear or design) then proceed.
