Default Increased Acceleration and RPM in ALTO

Dear all, today my ALTO 2010 idle RPM and Accelaration increased alot and after checking it from mechanic it reduced to normal. But when i drove to my home, it increases again. Now advice me what could be the reason. Becuase earlier my car was running fine and i feel that it incrases when i asked the mechanic to lubricate engine timing belts. Is there any relation between lubrication of belts and increased RPM.???
