Told mechanic the same day after cleaning and he said that it'll be fine after driving for time. Driven the car 200km since then and it's the same.

    What should be done?
    Thanks
Go back to mechanic and ask him to adjust the RPM...

    Default Immobiliser Key in Alto?

    AOA
Guys I have a Suzuki Alto 2013 Eco Idle. I need to ask the experts here that whether it has an immobilizer function or not?
Secondly anyone knows some method to check whether a car has an immobilizer function?
I know its kind of same question asked in two ways

ok ... when car turned off and key is out of ignition ... rotate the steering about 90 degrees any side , it should get "jammed".

and it wont budge , until you put the key in and then "simultaneously" try to rotate the key "on" + rotate the steering . the steering will get unjammed when the key goes to "on" position.

That's usual steering lock and not an immobilizer

as panther pointed out .. that can be 'only' steering lock.

one sure shot way to find out is to check the official owner's manual of the car. mostly you can find the pdf version on websites.

Mine is wagonR 2012 model . according to its japanese owners manual it has immobilizer. Yours is 2013 , most probably it will also have it. to be sure you have to search and check manual.

@aliadnan Oh Dear, its not that, what you mentioned is just a simple steering lock,
Immobilizer function is paired between your car key and car's computer, one electronic chip is present in the plastic case of car key that transmits a code when inserted in ignition, computer allows car to start if its the code it was programmed with, otherwise it will not start at all,
however if you get a spare key without that chip (or with chip and not programmed with that car's computer) from key maker, that key will operate the doors, diggi, steering lock, even car will take self but not start.
I had the same thing in mind that most Japanese cars have immobilizer but one key maker told me it does not have one, and i tried alot but never found owner's manual for alto 660cc with r06a engine.

@Ehsan4808 Bro my car is JDM Alto 660cc 2011 manual OEM tire size is 145/80r13 75s , what are my best options in tire size? I don't want to compromise on length of the tire otherwise it will hit the speed breaker as it already hits but occasionally on particular speed breakers.

Eco-S is mentioned in the auction sheet,
i think this meter is from 2013 onwards or only for higher trims, but not sure.
