dont push the accelerator hard and drive with a light foot. average speed should be 50-60 kmph for this size engine.

Just go to Suzuki people and ask them to do full tuning. Other than that is a waste of money. 660cc cars are not made to save fuel specificaly, they were made by Jpanese ppl to avoid unnecessary tax and to save parking fee
etc. Fuel saving was just a part of the plan. Its just better than a PK mehran/Cuore/Alto.

thats a bit low. it should give you around 14-15+ .

There can be many many reasons for low fuel avg. Here are some tips.

    1. Drive with light foot, don't accelerate hard from stops.

    2. Have you checked and changed its engine oil ? for JDMs you need the highest quality fully synthetic engine oil and equally good quality filter. if odo is less than 40-50k . then get Zic A+ 5w30 . if above, then 10w40

    3. the air pressure in your tyres should be around 34psi (not the old pakistani one-for-alll solution of 30psi )

    4. change/clean air filter and also get you transmission oil checked.

    5. Checkk your plugs and also throttle body service.

If you are in lahore, then for all above oil/filter/air filter/throttle body etc. I go to "Filter House" shop. They are experts in JDMs and advise best depending on how much you ready to spend. I would advise dont compromise on engine oil and its filter.

They have multiple shops, 1 on ferozpur road, 1 in model town and 1 on montgomery. I go to ferozpur road one. They will check and advise.

    Hope this helps.

No magics just routine maintenance bro.

When I bought it at 16000km original milleage I serviced throttle body

    Now heres my DIYs

    1. Oil change at 5000kms Shell Helix 5w-30

    2. Filter change at every oil change

    3. Air filter every 10,000kms

    4. Tyre pressure at 35psi

    5. Summer or winter I let the car run for at least 2 mins prior to drive.

    6. Always drive with a light foot. Imagine an egg placed under your accelerator pedal and try not to break the egg.

    7. Dont use overdrive or low range gears unless really required. I had to switch to L once only while climbing to Highland Country Club (7 kms after Pir Sohawa ISB) and that was with 5 adults in car.

    8. Carry out wheel alignment once in 6 months or otherwise required.

    Results:

    Satisfactory ride
Once I did LHR to ISB trip in 4 hrs non stop
Touched 140+ on M1 only once just to check mine and its stamina
Under light foot it gives 500+ in a full tank.

Keep in mind that I live in a village close by to ISB where hi Octane is not available and I have never filled hi octane in it. Dont know what results it can show with good quality fuel.

    Regards

(5)th step is an old practice and I'd no more required, just don't accelerate car to heavy when it's cold
