Default Suzuki internal news regarding Wagon-R and Alto

From relevent internal " sources " in Pak suzuki .

i have just been informed that pak-suzuki has successfully imported around 100 prototype WAGON-R 's for display purposes.

they plan to assemble WAGON-R ( 4th gen ) , and launch it here in Pakistan .

    now ,

the problem they are facing is that they want to fit ALTO engine in it , and then sell it ...

but JAPAN has obsoleted that engine , and is unwilling to supply them the engine they want .
so all their eyes are set on some " trade venture" that is expected to take place shortly between INDIA , and PAKISTAN .
which will allow them to purchase the engines from MARUTI INDIA.

it is likely that , either 4th gen WAGON-R would be launched , or the ALTO would be continued.

final decision has not been taken yet .
men who reject to be ruled by the law of God , are ruled by the law of tyrants .

I took delivery of a friend's swift DLX yesterday on his behalf and drove it for about 30 km around town. I must say that the plastics, finishing and interior of wagon R is better than a swift's. gear shift on the wagon R is also smoother. New car smell of swift would make u sick due to the cheap plastics. Furthermore, panels of the swift are also unaligned - typical suzuki style. I can confidently confer that any new model has majority of imported parts. Therefore, it is a better idea to buy a wagon R or the new model of corolla, when it is introduced a few months down the road.

Agreed bro but this was called few years ago.now a day's city is having very cheap quality materials and is now comparably.even suspension is ltoo hard to be evrn called called comfortable. This is the only reason Suzuki has able to fetch market for swift else no one would get hatch in almost 1.4m. To have a feel of Honda get a civic a class apart

Yes ! I do have a feel of rough material of honda city ....... My cosuin owns the honda city 2010 model and i drove the car, it felt too light, suspension is hard and interior look too cheap if compare to Honda civic ............. I know ther'e hell of difference between honda civic and city in price, but the interior is beautiful of honda civic as compared to honda city
