    Default Alto VXR jerking problem

I have been a silent member of PW for years. Thanks to the SEARCH button for helping me in every manner. Until...

I am having a weird problem in my Alto VXR 2007. The car is 70k done and I have maintained it very well... The car is like missing or jerking while driving from second gear onwards. However, the jerking density is low and it doesn't bother my daily routine driving, but still, I want to know the perfect solution for this problem. Whether the engine is hot or cold, jerking always happen.

For your information, I have done these things mentioned in the list

    Changed spark plugs
Timing setting to the best Degree (Verified by PS)
    Full CNG kit tuning
    Tapped setting (Verified by PS)
    Changed spark wires
    Changed air filter
    Changed Engine and Gear oil
Changed my favorite CNG filling station
Cleaned the carburetor with Carb cleaner (NASA)
Changed CNG setting (Getting around 120km in full tank)
Checked Gear Lever settings etc from PS and local mechanics

What-else? Am I missing something? I need some expert solution... A mechanic suggested me to check the CDI... I haven't got checked this yet. When I get to the electrician, he laughed saying "you car wont start if the CDI is not right wagaira wagaira"...

    Opinions and solutions plss

does your car jerks on petrol or cng or both???

    if both check engine foundations.
if only on CNG then try increasing the amount of gas from cng kit not from the T

The problem is somewhat solved now... But still jerks after running for a few hours or so (Not when cold)...
I used a carb cleaner to clean the carbi.... and also put some two to three spoons of oil inside the carbi to clean it... This worked...

One more question guys... (I hate making new threads)...

When I direct the Fan, there's an increased amount of noise coming...
Now, Should I auto the fan or let it be in direct mode? My radiator is new... So no heating problem etc... But the engine compartment gets real hot while driving in both, direct or auto...

what about compression test??it could be leaking valves
also overhaul the carb by opening it screw by screw..
and have you checked the distributor vacuum and centrifugal advance??
    check the ignition coil also
