Default Suzuki Alto 2006 A/C heats up quickly

I bought my alto 2006 in 2007 and the A/C was good before, better cooling, no issues. But in 2011, after a brief accident of my car, the compressor of A/C and radiator were damaged badly. Since then I didn't bother to fix it.

3 years later, in 2014 I went to a local workshop and they repaired it completely. But the car gets heated up real quickly in the summer. I live in Lahore. If the car goes from Johar Town to Wapda Town or Township, it gets heated up in minutes. I have to turn the A/C off for a few minutes in order to avoid heating it up.

Can someone tell me what is the issue my car is having? I think it maybe the head gasket. What do you think?
