Exclamation Suzuki Alto 660 EFI acceleration problem

I have Suzuki Alto 2004 Pakistan assembled with 660 cc automatic engine in it after alteration. The car is smooth with excellent fuel economy. From last few weeks it's behaviour is bit strange. The problem is that it looses its acceleration when I drivie it for about 30 mins or 20 or so kilometres. I went to multiple mechanics including Bilal Ganj with following possible problems diagnosed by them:
1: it's fuel pump stops working after getting hot.
2: it's MAP sensor is not working properly.

I have changed both fuel pump and MAP sensor but all in vein. One more thing I would like to mention here that it's return fuel pipe has been closed after engine change as its EFI and needs (fuel) what is required. I also drove it with and without MAP sensor but things remains the same. I google it a lot and not found anything.

The pick is good even with AC. But after 20 mins when problem starts it's hard for it even to cross the speed breaker. But on a plain road when it start moving it moves slowly. I also feel fuel smell in the cabin.

I am desperate now and needs help. I appreciate for any expert advise or number. I am based in Lahore.

    Looking forward guys.

    Regards,
    Bilal
