Alto rocks man. The best thing since sliced bread. I dont know why anyone would buy anything else in pakistan. Its ideally suited for the conditions. nothing even comes close for city driving. Corolla etc are better for the higways i must admit. But for city runs, Alto is it!

thermostat valve does not always remain open. it gets open after reaching certain temp and the water starts circulating. you do not need to cool down the engine. the system is automatic. however it is better not to use much AC in parking as engine needs extra power for AC.

imranwah good to know about your new ac system
the work of thermostat valve is all on its own automatic
in order to avoid over heating make sure u have good coolant and preferable ratio is used so that your carwon't over heat...

Every can notice that in alto when it is in idle state the ac stop cooling the one should slightly press the accelerator to keep it cooling this due to low idle rpm ... how ever in petrol idle rpm can be increased to it maximum but on cng it cause problem in cold start and vibrating problem until it reaches to its optimum temperature

in stock alto setting the idle rpm is lowest so engine seems to be very quite and love its drive..

well its good that u change it tooo early but this is unnecessarily the wastage of money u must use yo its most minimaly 5 month according to me Osaka is green sharbat its a local brand but i respect it because i saw it in makro and imtiaz super store with quality products ...110 - 130 rs per litr dont rember the exact price also isaw its CAN for 75 rs don't know its quantity

how ever i will suggest you buy two bottles of caltex extended life and pour it in your radiator with DISTILLed Water not with TAP WATER! and get free for 2 years..! good quality coolant ensures greator Heat absorption capacity which is no doubt very good for carby engines which produces lot of heat when ac gets on..

with all due respect changing coolant so early is just a waste of money. but the drastic part is that local coolants are just terrible for the radiator. it happened with me in my Honda city. these local coolants have some annoying formula of chemicals and these chemicals stick to the radiator pipes with the passage of time causing blockage there resulting in car heating issues and early radiator service problems.

    alright guys
I have Suzuki Alto 2005 model
now currently am using stock bulbs with it
somedays ago a friend suggested me to get Narva bulbs
according to him they will increase visibility at night and will also look cool

Now after searching for some time i have found original Narva bulbs but they are 90/100watt ones
now on another thread a PW member said
interestingly good brand Narva, phillips bulbs (Phillips Rally), in Pakistan are 90-100W. This much wattage can burn car electrical circuit or at least melt the head lamp assembly.
    Now is it true ?
now after reading this i am really confused
    what should i do
should i get the bulbs or not ?

In my opinion stick to the halogen bulbs.
Buy a good brand such as Philips. There halogens are really good.

Narva Bulbs are also good but there are fakes ones also available in the market .So be careful before buying the original ones.

Regarding the 90/100W matter it will give no harm to the wiring. If it gives the correct output then fine or else you can put a relay.

@ talal, tayyab is right there is no harm in inserting 90/100W bulb as the headlamp has fuse rating 10 or 15 amp fuse don't remember [the blue in colour] I will recommend to go for narva bulbs because its only good available imported brand in halogens ..

Talal note that the due to in aprorate equipment the whole circuit of does not burn as every light even central lock and horn have their apprropraite fuses make sure wheen inserting the bulb don't keep teh light on first insert then on the lghts other wise your fuse might burn!
