thanks fahad, you are right there are lot of dull mechanics who dont even know how to open the door and they hold a workshop!!!

@Elien: I have already serviced pads [YES! the mechanic said they are locally made], changed the brake fluid of good quality, even the brake circular plate [dont know exact term] was sent to lath machince operator to make that flat.

as I mentioned earlier that brakes work without pressing clutch, but with clutch, brake become hard even to press!!

Yes It looks weird to me too!
but anyways, I would never suggest anyone to buy this holy crap!
Its totally a dabba termed as 'manufactured' by 'cheap' company!

Thank you Shahrukh Bhai I will get it checked.
I have changed the gear fluid at 30k service.
I think there is some problem with the bolts.
    I eat Volverine for breakfast.

a foreman at PAK SUZUKI workshop told me that alto should give min 14km/l with AC.but when i asked to check my car he just started giving lame excuses that you have to wait for that much time .i'll attach a bottle with i liter petrol and you may drive the car as you wish and I'm sure that it will give 14km/l.
these guys don't know to work but know to deal with people.

so planning to consult a common mechanic.
